Protein Jelly

What a winner! This is a super easy recipe to satisfy your sweet tooth or even a last minute dessert idea. It only requires two ingredients, three if you include water and can be made with any flavour jelly. This recipe is inspired by The Fit Foodie.
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
One packet of sugar free jelly (any flavour of your choice).
1 cup of greek yogurt
Method:
1. Prepare your jelly as per instructions.
2. Let the mixture cool.
3. Add the greek yogurt and mix.
4. Let it set in the fridge for two hours.
5. Enjoy!
