Gluten Free Brownies

I found a local gluten free company that sells all sorts of premixes and this recipe is for their brownie mix. They offer you a free brownie mix at no cost. Here is the link for your premix.


Preparation time: 20 minutes


Ingredients:

Gluten Free Me brownie mix

120g of butter or coconut oil

1 teaspoon vanilla essence

2 large eggs


Method:

1. Heat your oven on 180 degrees.

2. Grease a 30cmx23cm baking tin (you can use any tin that you have at home).

3. Line the tin with baking paper.

4. Melt the butter.

5. Empty the premix into a bowl and add the butter, vanilla essence and eggs.

6. Mix all the ingredients until the mixture is blended and smooth.

7. Transfer your mix into your baking tin.

8. Bake for 40 minutes.

9. When done baking, let the brownies cool before you cut them

10. Enjoy!
