I was so surprised how this butter turned out! It is super easy and so delicious. Making nut butter was always something I wanted to try, but I thought it was so complicated. It's actually very simple, it just takes a bit of time. You can use any nuts and/or seeds to make your butter.
Preparation time: 45 minutes
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of sesame seeds
1/2 cup of sunflower seeds
1/2 cup of almonds
1/3 cup cocoa powder
Optional: Honey or stevia
Method:
1.Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
2. Spread out the seeds and nuts on a baking tray.
3. Bake for 10 minutes.
4. Put the roasted seeds and nuts in a blender and blend.
5. Stir it every few minutes to ensure that they don't stick to the sides of the blender.
6. Continue to blend for 10 minutes and add cocoa powder and sweetener.
7. Blend until a butter forms (around 15-20 minutes).
8. Enjoy!
Place the butter in a sealed container and put it in the fridge to keep it fresh and crunchy.
